PPE Footwear Warranty Policy

Patrón Safety Warrants all footwear under its umbrella to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 240 Days / 8 Months (unless mentioned otherwise in Technical Data Sheet) from the date of manufacturing.

The footwear warranty covers defects of workmanship and materials, but does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colour and materials through time, exposure or extensive use. If a product is found to be defective after inspection by a warranty technician or our Distributors, Patrón Safety will replace the product with an existing or comparable model at the technician’s discretion. Patrón Safety is not liable for any damages, losses / or cost incurred resulting from the loss or usage of our products.

Limited Warranty Policy Limitation

Warranty Policy is subject to the following limitations:

  • All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
  • All warranty claims returned must have prior return authorization.
  • Replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty.

How to process a warranty claim

E-mail the warranty department to obtain warranty authorization: warranty@patron-safety.com

Emailing: Please include pictures of the items, Picture of the proof of purchase, warranty description, customer address and phone number.

After contact the warranty department

We assure to get back to you within 48 working hours after studying the claim.

International warranty claims for Patrón Safety Distributors

Shipping: All International Distributors are responsible for all cost incurred on shipping warranty item(s). (Not applicable to the countries where Patron Safety has local office is present) Patron Safety will cover shipping cost on replacement or repaired item(s) shipping back to customer.
